Depth over Surface
More Than Another Boring Listener
With nearly 20 years as an LMFT and CIIS-trained therapist, I take an active, transformative approach to individual therapy, guiding clients with PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, and other challenges to break free from chaos and align with their infinite selves. Rooted in my “Take Out the Trash; Bring in the Light” philosophy, I build strong therapeutic relationships to help you form healthier habits and reframe negative thought patterns, fostering clarity and resilience. I empower you to clear mental and emotional toxicity. The result is a vibrant, focused life where you thrive in personal, professional, and spiritual domains with unshakable confidence.

Beyond Passive Listening
With nearly 20 years as an LMFT and CIIS-trained therapist, I take an active, transformative approach to individual therapy. I work with clients navigating PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions to move out of chaos and into clarity, resilience, and alignment with their deeper selves. Rooted in my “Take Out the Trash; Bring in the Light” philosophy, my work focuses on clearing mental and emotional toxicity while building habits, perspectives, and practices that support long-term growth across personal, professional, and spiritual domains.
My approach is far from passive. I am not simply a listener—I take an engaged, relationship-centered stance that helps clients understand and shift the patterns driving distress. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic techniques, and my training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, I address root causes rather than surface symptoms. For clients with PTSD, anxiety, or ADHD, this often includes calming an overactive default mode network (DMN) and restoring a sense of agency and focus. I integrate neuroscience with spiritual wisdom from Andean cosmology, Hinduism, and Christianity to help clients release fear-based behaviors and navigate trauma, burnout, or major life changes with greater stability and clarity.
“Take Out the Trash; Bring in the Light” is the foundation of my therapeutic work. The first phase involves clearing mental, emotional, and relational clutter—shame, outdated beliefs, unresolved trauma, or heavy emotional energy (hucha). The second phase focuses on cultivating practices that support vitality and purpose, such as meditation, gratitude, intentional self-talk, and tailored strategies for focus and regulation. For clients with ADHD, this may include structure-building tools like task chunking and gamification; for others, guided visualization and reflective practices help align action with values. The goal is not simply healing, but sustained confidence and forward movement.

Becoming an effective therapist requires time, humility, and lived experience. My path—from security guard to corporate CEO, alongside earning an MBA and completing advanced training at CIIS and through Pachamama Sacred Paths—has shaped my ability to meet clients with both precision and compassion. My long-term marriage and personal challenges have further grounded my work, allowing me to guide clients through trauma, transition, and identity shifts with practical insight and depth.
I view therapy as a conscious act of reclaiming one’s life. By honoring each client’s unique wiring and experiences, I help individuals clear chaos, reconnect with purpose, and move forward with clarity, focus, and authenticity.
On Insurance
I do not accept insurance in order to protect the integrity and depth of the therapeutic process. Insurance models often limit session length and scope, prioritize cost over care, and restrict the kind of long-term, integrative work my approach requires. Working directly together allows us to build a thoughtful, unrushed process—focused on real transformation rather than short-term symptom management.
I am happy to provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider if applicable. Sliding-scale options and packages are available to support accessibility while honoring the seriousness of this work.
